Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking an experienced Site Manager to coordinate staffing, scheduling, and quality assurance for contract personnel. The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience in managing Operations, mission management, personnel management and employee supervision. If you are detail oriented leader with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a complex operational environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling and quality assurance for personnel

  • Provide employee supervision and personnel management

  • Be available at Government site or Off-site 24/7 to both customer and contract employees

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years experience managing Operations, mission management, and personnel management

  • At least 5 years of experience producing T/FDOA geolocation solutions from airborne and space borne systems or precision geolocation solutions of known actionable personal communications devices using Remote Aerial Precision Geolocation systems with NSA
