Contingent Upon Contract Award

Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking Mission Manager Senior Mentors to support Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations. The Senior Mentor will provide on-site, real-time mentoring of junior operators. If you have 5 or more years of operational experience with a desire to train and develop the next generation, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities

  • Provide mentoring and instructional support

  • Maintain and track JQS performance standards

  • Create detailed training reports and maintain training logs

  • Develop working aids, course curriculum and training references

Required Qualifications

  • Current TS/SCI clearance

  • Current Counter Intelligence Polygraph with the ability to pass a Full Scope Polygraph

  • 5 years of operational, real-time collection and reporting experience in the last 7 years

  • Experiences or current certifications as an on-shift mission manager

  • Experience in SIGINT technologies is highly desired
