Contingent Upon Contract Award

OTA is seeking Journeyman Operators to perform duties to support Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations. Candidates must possess four years full-time combined cryptologic language, related language, and/or related cryptologic experience. The Journeyman Operator will perform 24/7 operational support for geolocation and language translation, and mentor less experienced operators.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance

  • Full Scope Polygraph or Counter-Intelligence Polygraph and ability to take and pass a Full Scope Polygraph

  • Basic Collection Certification

  • Passive Geolocation Certification

  • 4 years full-time combined cryptologic language, related language, and/or related cryptologic experience

  • Minimum ILR foreign language audio translation proficiency Level 2 into idiomatic, standard American English

  • Foreign language proficiency in one or more of the following:

  • Arabic (dialects of Levantine, Yemeni, Iraqi, Maghrabi)

  • Persian Farsi

  • Pashto

  • Russian

  • Chinese Mandarin

  • Korean

  • Chechen

  • Somali
