Description

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation

vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support

equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in

environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting

preserves.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide concierge-type service to facilitate customer support for general questions on parts

and accessories order status, account activity, warranty information, and technical service.

  • Answer a high volume of calls from customers and end usersto provide timely and accurate

information to incoming customer questions and product knowledge requests.

  • Partner with the Customer Service team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.

  • Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.

  • Maintain account information in CRM system, including logging all calls.

  • Assume responsibility and accountability for assignments and tasks.

  • Convey information to customers using professional telephone and effective business writing skills

with an excellent grasp of grammar.

  • Exhibit solid interpersonalskills and maintain composure when faced with difficult situations

and personalities.

  • Contribute to team goals and perform other duties as required.

  • Contributes to a culture of respect, dignity and inclusion, where everyone, feels heard and understood,

empowered and valued.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma Required, Associates degree preferred

  • Years of Experience: ClerOff2: 0-2 years of experience required; ClerOff3: 2 or more years relevant

experience required
