Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
Demonstrable expertise in areas like OS administration, programming/scripting, and networking
Preferred Qualifications
In-depth understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures
Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
