We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with skills in a Production/Manufacturing environment to join our growing organization. Description of Role: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing support for production through preventative maintenance, facilities repair, and process improvement. The Maintenance Supervisor is a hands-on role that is crucial for the streamlined production of our bedding products. This role is perfect if you possess solid industrial mechanical/electrical experience. Electrical experience, including troubleshooting, reading or wiring diagrams, and use of multi-meters is a must. Schedule: Five 8-hour days per week Monday-Friday 7:30AM - 4PM - Perform preventative maintenance of production equipment & warehouse infrastructure to include forklift/warehouse equipment. - Repair processing and production equipment as necessary. - Perform repairs to building and utilities. -Attendance and punctuality are key to being successful in this role. - Participate in process improvement activities. Qualifications: - 3 to 5 years industrial maintenance experience. - Ability to understand written procedures and schematic diagrams. - Ability to work in accordance with quality, safety, and policies and guidelines. - Welding and fabrication skills are a plus. Physical Requirements: - Frequently lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. - Able to work from ladders and/or elevated equipment. - Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, climb, and crouch. - Must be able to work in varying heating/cooling conditions.
