The Truck Shop - a division of Don Small & Sons Lube Technician in Auburn, Washington

The Truck Shop in Auburn is a busy commercial truck dealership looking for a Lube Tech/Mechanic to join our team! Our Lube Technicians perform a variety of oil and lube services that include, but are not limited to, changing oil, checking fluid levels, lubricating components and other minor maintenance repairs to commercial trucks.  Although we welcome skilled, experienced, technicians, entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.  We provide on the job training and additional manufacturer training to those who show initiative and long-term commitment.   Job Requirements:

  • Must have your own tools and a toolbox
  • Ability to work as a team or un-supervised
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to accurately document repair procedure
  • Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Must have a valid driver license (CDL is a plus but not required)
  • Maintain clean, organized work area
  • Able and willing to perform additional tasks as requested by supervisor

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequently able to stand, sit, bend, walk
  • Frequently grasp, handle, hold, touch with hands
  • Able to reach out and up with arms
  • Occassionally lift, move, push, up to 50lbs

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8am - 5pm
  • 40 hours per week - full time
