IT Support Specialist RHCC Auburn WA IT Support Specialist-RSCITS Raymond West is looking for a dynamic IT Support Specialist to join our team! This position is responsible for handling Level I and II technical support. Raymond West is committed to providing our customers with end-to-end warehouse solutions. We bring you our industry-leading expertise in lift trucks, racking, conveyor, dock and door, rentals, parts, and service. Our customers trust us to provide the right supply chain solutions and services to keep their business up and running. Duties and Responsibilities: Primary duties and responsibilities will vary with the specific position. Typical responsibilities are listed below. This list is not inclusive. Sets up and maintains various network and computer related hardware and software. Establishes and maintains network users, user environment, directories, and security. Responds to the needs and questions of network users concerning their access to resources on the network and the operation of various software programs. Remains abreast of changes in user and system software and hardware requirements. Monitors and administers the network, keeping system information up to date in various logs and spreadsheets. Troubleshoot minor networking problems. Loads and updates software applications as required. Helps maintain storage usage of the network, network printing, and network technical resources. Maintains access to the network, files, security, and rights. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain video conferencing equipment. Works as part of on call rotation with other support team to provide support after business hours or on weekends as needed when urgent request arise. Maintains inventory for branch location and company. Works on site at primary location unless otherwise approved. Some travel required. Visit other branch locations. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent Organizational Time Management skills Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and similar software Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
