What you will do: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs for warehouse automation equipment including Goods to Person and Automated Guided Vehicle. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot control circuits, photoelectric sensors, motor starters, relays, switches, sensors, and timers. Perform preventative maintenance and first line repairs for Powered Industrial Trucks, and other material handling equipment. Maintain and repair overhead dock doors and equipment. Conduct first line facility maintenance. Oversee and facilitate CDC vendor maintenance contracts. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with equipment users and leaders. Other duties as assigned. What you will bring: Proactive communication skills. High level of organization. Great follow through on tasks. Team oriented approach to tasks with excellent customer service skills. Previous automation maintenance experience, trainable on Dematic MicroShuttle. Proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook, and Word. Comfortable writing/responding to emails. Ability to read and interpret operating, maintenance and safety documents. Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT). Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.) Engage in full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists. Able to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation. Working conditions may include small spaces, dust, inside/outside noise, vibration, etc. Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
