We are a market leader with multiple plants across the united states. Job Summary Provide superior service to customers. Responding to customer needs, pricing updates, freight rates, allocations, delivery dates, entering new orders, arranging trucks, and monitoring status of current orders. Work with planning and production to ensure order completeness, on time delivery and accurate invoicing. Maintain organized customer files. Scheduling trucks for pickup. Investigate and resolve customer complaints including billing issues and inform the manager, planning, or production supervisor. Additional duties as assigned. Position requirements High school diploma or GED 2 years of previous work experience in a customer service role with handing customer orders. Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong attention to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
