This position will report | | to the Manufacturing Manager and will be responsible for the | | execution of shift operation goals.  We are currently looking for 3rd | | shift.  | | | | | | | | | | | |   | | | | | | | | | | | | Key responsibilities include: | | | | | | | | - Daily coordination of all floor production activities. | | - Address operational deficiencies regarding safety, quality, | | delivery, productivity, and inventory. | | - Assure Operator timecard accuracy, attendance, and punctuality. | | - Approve shift operator time off, OT, and plan for and ensure | | shift coverage. | | - Planning, execution and follow up on new hire training, | | cross-training, and team development. | | - Reporting of daily performance on key metrics and targets. | | - Manage proper usage of raw material. | | - Coordinate material and WIP inventory counts. | | - Responsible as Site Incident Response Leader for the shift. | | - Communication to production floor, priority changes, quality | | alerts etc. | | - Implement and train team members on engineering and operation | | procedure changes. | | - Draft performance reviews with Manufacturing Manager's review. | | - Escalate safety, operations, quality, process, and equipment | | issues. | | - Coach and develop shift operators to ensure standardized work is | | being followed. | | - Coordinate with maintenance group to support the scheduling and | | execution of PMs. | | | | | | | |   | | | | | | | | | | | |   | | | | | | | | | | | | Required Qualifications: | | | | | | | | - High school diploma | | - Able to work a 3-2-2 rotating 12-hour shift. | | - Willing and able to work hours outside of set base schedule. | | - Leadership, and willingness and ability to work within a team. | | - Self-motivation, and proactivity in addressing issues. | | - Knowledge of LEAN and core manufacturing principles. | | - Knowledge and experience with ERP/MRP systems, as well as | | Microsoft Office. | | | | | | | |   | | | | | | | | | | | | Preferred Qualifications: | | | | | | | | | | | |   | | | | | | | | - Experience with clean room protocols preferred. | | | | | | | |   | | | | | | | | | | | | Benefits: | | | | | | | |
