In this role, you will be supporting the growth of US Robotics Automotive Business Line by leading the Demand & Supply Chain Management (D&SCM) throughout the extended value chain, from suppliers to End Customer, with full accountability for developing, implementing and running safe, compliant, sustainable and lean SCM operations, in accordance with Company instructions and business strategy.This is a position with global grade 11This position reports to Vice President Automotive Robotics - USAYour responsibilities

Strategy: Supports development and implementation of Global SCM strategies for areas such as QDCI Optimization, Strategic Sourcing, Process & Excellence, Finance, Risk Management, Supply Base Management, Quality and Sustainability. Builds and develops a network of local and global key suppliers and integration partners while implementing effective sourcing strategies in line with the Automotive strategy and D&SCM guidelines Process: In accordance with Group D&SCM guidelines and CSSR Business Line objectives, implements programs to qualify & develop suppliers, drive improvement in cost, quality, delivery and working capital (payment terms, lead times, order quantities and purchased material inventory). Manage directly with the suppliers for each project the ordering, quality satisfaction and on time delivery Procurement: Manage E2E SRM Supplier Relationship Management, ensuring smooth, cost-effective, and high quality standards operations. Player-coach approach to manage planning and tracking of procurement activities, cost budgets, minimize risk regarding quality and financial exposure by buying in accordance with quality and commercial procedures and in accordance with company guidelines. Negotiate TCO (Trade Compliance Officer) for goods and services purchased throughout the value chain. Collaborate with SCM community locally and globally, as well as other global GSCs(Global Solution Center) Monitoring: Suppliers Risk Management control. Oversees planning and logistics of incoming materials and services based on the procurement plan and project schedule Supplier agreements: Define and establish local standard agreements with all major local suppliers. Provide and maintain standard terms in purchase contracts/terms and conditions in line with Company directives and guidelinesYour background

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related focus with a minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain as an SCM Manager Demonstrated experience working in cross functional teams, in multicultural and international environment Requires strong entrepreneurial spirit. Previous experience in robotics Spanish, and/or Chinese language would be a plus Self motivated, requiring little oversight in day to day operations Capable of managing a team, including global resources.
