Webasto Roof Systems Inc. is currently recruiting for a FMEA Engineer located at their HQin Auburn Hills, MI.

Job Responsibilities: Creation and moderation of FMEAs using APIS IQ Software Creation of reusable FMEA modules and FMEA ratings Organization of FMEA meetings Collaboration with project teams to detect the potential for errors Ensuring methodological correctness (VDA) of FMEAs (Continuity from design to process) Ensuring consistency between product D FMEA, P-FMEAs and control plans and FMEA interfaces to the customer Use of quality management methods during the development and production process Returning the Lessons Learned from 8D to the FMEAs The presentation of the methodology to the customer and in the context of audits Ongoing monitoring of FMEA projects Track and Drive implementation of recommended actions within the project teams to lower associated risks

Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field preferred 3+ years FMEA moderation experience within Automotive Experience with APIS IQ & Minitab
