Our highly regarded Automotive Client is client, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. They are looking to fill a 1st and 3rd shift position. . The ideal candidate will have previous industry experience, willingness to work overtime when needed, and adhere to Quality, Safety, and Environmental Policies which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Auburn HIlls, MI

Pay Range: $25.00

What’s the Job?

Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, in addition to performing grounds maintenance. All work will be done in compliance with EPA, Hazmat and OSHA safety rules and regulations.

  • Utilize 5s principles to maintain clean and safe working environment

  • Understand and follow all required DOS standards.

  • Ability to troubleshoot & repair all machinery and systems and Tooling - Electrical and Mechanical

What’s Needed?

  • Must be able to use Various inspection and Measuring Equipment

  • Must be able to operate various electric, hydraulic or pneumatic tools / machines

  • Must be able to read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints

  • Must be licensed to operate industrial fork trucks all types or receive the appropriate training

  • Ability to work to customer schedules, contact vendors and procure materials
