Lead Data Analytics and Data Process innovation development in the marketing and customer domains; identify Data Science opportunities within business, define scope, requirements and design of the solution, represent the interface between business users to ensure integration of data analysis outputs into existing business processes; Proactively identify fields for Data Science and Advanced Analytics applications in the marketing and customer domain, translate those needs into projects and products and lead development from business side in collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams; establish agile project development processes and calculate business cases to prioritize project and product development; define project scope, project delivery, time line and cost of a project/product development process; organize and lead workshops for project definition, product design, etc.; represent the interface between business partners and engineering team; lead and coordinate efforts with business owners and engineering teams to create Machine Learning product; present projects and products to various stakeholders; identify data sources -- internal and external -- that are required for successful project delivery and coordinate data usage approvals; implement own Advance Analytics solutions or prototypes to support business partners.
