A Training and Development Specialist is needed in Auburn, Alabama.

Job Duties:

Develop and coordinate employee training program for employees to improve their job skills. Evaluate existing training program and other available educational resources of the company which provides accounting, auditing and financial solution services. Analyze companys business operations to verify necessary training needs to maintain safe working environment. Analyze modes of training delivery, such as in-person or virtual, to optimize training effectiveness, training costs, or environmental impacts. Review safety regulations, prohibited actions, state and federal regulations and laws to ensure offering of proper training program to employees. Develop orientation and training program and deliver it to new hires and existing employees to ensure excellence in their roles and responsibilities. Evaluate employees performance to assess and enhance the companys training program. Prepare and organize training manuals, guidelines, course materials in providing an internal training program.
