Engineered Materials Solutions Warehouse Attendant in Attleboro, Massachusetts

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team.  This position comes with an awesome benefit package, including paid holidays and paid time off.

Position Summary:

Prepare/package materials for shipment to outside processing or customers.  Assist in other areas in logistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Fill orders or requisitions for materials by locating, retrieving, unpackaging and kitting or delivering materials to plant locations. 

  • Verify correctness of shipments against bills of lading, invoices or other records.

  • Check for shortages and reject damaged goods.

  • Assist in loading and unloading of trucks and movement of materials to storage locations.

  • Maintain an acceptable level of housekeeping order and cleanliness in the area.

  • Receive materials, equipment, merchandise and similar items in a storeroom or warehouse.

  • Store items in high/low bay racks, in bins or on the floor.  Includes marking or tagging items for identification.

  • Complete Oracle / Maximo inventory and other ERP transactions. 

  • Safely operate a fork lift truck, overhead crane or other material handling equipment

  • Prepare records of goods shipped by making bills of lading, posting weight and shipping charges and maintaining shipping records

  • Wear all required PPE at all times.

  • Other duties as required.

    Education and Experience:

  • High School or Equivalency Diploma

    Physical Demands:

  • Heavy lifting up to 20 lbs

  • Standing up to 75% of time
