Engineered Materials Solutions Millwright Mechanic in Attleboro, Massachusetts
EMS is searching for an experienced Millwright Mechanic for our AWS Night Shift! Full time - Every other Fri-Sat-Sun off! Plus days off during the week.
$2,000 sign-on on bonus
Position Summary:
Performs routine repairs and maintenance and assists in more complex maintenance and repair of plant facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Make routine, periodic inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery and equipment.
Tests, inspects, troubleshoots and repairs machines and equipment
Maintains repair logs
Works from maintenance schedule
Performs basic painting, machine and equipment repair, sheet metal fabrication and welding. Troubleshoots equipment or facilities problems and report them to supervisor.
Uses variety of hand, power tools.
Other duties as required.
Education and Experience:
High School/Trade School
Strong mechanical aptitude and experience in a heavy manufacturing environment
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
