Position Purpose:

We will work closely with the manufacturing team and project engineering groups, as well as business partners such as facilities, EQHS, Engineering, Deployment, Finance and cross-functional groups to provide data maintenance support for tequila and mezcal manufacturing.

Responsibilities :

Deploying policies and standards for use in the enterprise environment.

Collaborate with partners to understand and find opportunities, so it let us define the digital road map throw become a smart factory

Teamwork with automation to deploy the Cibersecurity standard.

Management of Operational Data in SAP. Creation and Management of the SKUs for products and sub-products, from agave reception to finished product.

Self-starter and highly motivated individual with strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a friendly, team-oriented approach to delivering a high level of customer service to all internal and external users.

Report on portfolio performance, supervise and track critical metrics and adjust strategic direction where needed, including implementation of new initiatives.

Implement and deliver on innovative new programs in partnership with key cross-functional teams to ensure continuous business success.

  • Ability to make quick decisions through a combination of analysis, experience, and judgment.

  • Effective operation to develop alignment between productive areas and improve collaboration in a successful manner

  • Leads a team responsible for services that support software, websites, SAP and other enterprise applications.

  • Leading the delivery of scalable data and analytics solutions

  • Help to lead, encourage, coach and develop a team.

  • Partner with managers and analytics leaders to help prioritize and accomplish work.

  • Partner with other technology teams, strategizing together to drive technical roadmaps and use standards and platforms.

Required Qualifications:

  • A degree in computer science, economics or related qualification or experience.

  • Strong experience in database development, data modeling, performance tuning, and standard processes.

  • Strong skills as a leader and building positive relationships across IT and the enterprise.

  • 10+ years’ experience leading teams around data initiatives.

  • 10+ years’ experience developing reporting and analytics solutions enterprise wide.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to think creatively when vital.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • English and Spanish Advanced Skills
