Job Title:Full-Time and/or Part-Time Retail Store Supervisor

Location:Wave, Atlantic City, NJ

Salary: $18/Hr.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an individual who has a passion for a visually appealing store and providing customers theWOWfactor to join our team as a Store Supervisor of the new Wave retail space inside Oceans Casino in Atlantic City. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and will be responsible for supervising a team of retail store associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the store manager with various tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of retail store associates, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals

  • Support the store manager with the development and implementation of sales strategies

  • Monitor store performance and recommend strategies to improve results

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience

  • Provide support in the hiring, training, and management of store associates, including scheduling and performance evaluations

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and adhere to all local and state regulations

  • Communicate regularly with the store team and stakeholders, and act as a liaison between the store and corporate office

  • Stay current on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends

    Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 3+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success monitoring the store's performance through hourly sales, KPI's, product placement, and display

  • Knowledge of the latest Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team

  • Comfortable communicating regularly through work email and other approved company communicative methods

  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes (not required but preferred) 

  • Ability to analyze sales data and recommend strategies to improve results

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

  • Ability to carry up to 40 lbs with us if multifunctional dolly trailer
