Workplace & Community Coordinator 1322808 A leading video, audio, and voice technologies company is seeking a Workplace & Community Coordinator. The successful candidate will oversee the setup and maintenance of the office space, ensuring it is conducive to productivity and reflects the company's culture and values. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a workplace coordinator type role/ hospitality roles. The company offers a great work environment! Workplace & Community Coordinator Pay and Benefits: • Hourly pay: $20/hr • Worksite: Leading audio, video, and voice technologies company (Atlanta, GA - 30361 - Hybrid. Candidate will need to rotate between 3 offices, located on the same street) • W2 Employment, Retirement Savings Program • 40 hours/week, 2 Month Assignment, Possibility of extension Workplace & Community Coordinator Responsibilities: • Oversee the setup and maintenance of the office space, ensuring it is conducive to productivity and reflects the company's culture and values. • Manage office supplies, snacks, and facilities, including vendor relationships and procurement processes. • Work with program managers to manage local budgets and ensure responsible spending. • Serve as the main contact for any on-site needs, including meeting with vendors and managing the relationship with the coworking space provider. • Coordinate office logistics, such as shipping and receiving, seating arrangements, meeting room bookings, and catering for events. • Cultivate a welcoming work environment by organizing team-building activities and social events that support our global initiatives & networks. • Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their needs or routing them to the appropriate support team promptly and effectively. • Be a liaison between the local Atlanta team and our headquarters. • Foster a sense of belonging and community by facilitating communication, collaboration, and name-knowing among team members. • Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires in the Atlanta office from day one including orienting new employees to the office, set-up, flex work, and out company´s culture. Workplace & Community Coordinator Qualifications: • 2+ years’ experience in a workplace coordinator type role but hospitality roles could also be quite interesting. • Bachelor’s degree minimum, but open to other type of experience too.
