Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Used the F5 at times for some of their most severe issues --> it did the job but it is more complex so they did a couple of evaluations of WAF's that are out there and selected the Imperva tool and have a project going on right now to move all of their external sites behind the WAF. Going well but what they realized is that this is a brand new tool. Need someone who knows web application support. The people who are supporting the WAF today understand IIS and they understand DHCP traffic which is more of the day to day in this role and therefore this person will need to have at least a base knowledge of infrastructure for this role. It's looking at those requests and certain parameters and it's saying this traffic looks normal, I will allow it through or it is not normal, I will not allow it through.

This role is part of the insider threat program.

Degree is preferred.
