Job Description

Most critical:

Creation of user stories which a primary part of the position. Work with the product manager and priorities and to ensure user story definition is accurate.

• Seek direct end user feedback to identify and define product requirements and enhancements. Synthesize the information into clear recommendations to support the development of innovative and user-centered solutions

• Work with broader internal teams to gather specific project requirements and implement them using the agile development methodologies

• Participate in the agile ceremonies and help constantly raise the bar of the team

• Relentlessly put customer and Frontline needs first by providing Always On systems

• Proficient in Jira

• Provide clear direction to engineers

• Lead and assist with development, testing, migrations, production cutovers and application onboarding

• Support industry standards, regulatory compliance, and customer business requirements

• Stay current with industry trends and how they might impact tools, training, and support of existing and potential customers

• Works cross-functionally with business teams to help resolve pain points and reduce manual work

• Continuously improve the product features and performance

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• Minimum 4 years of Technical Product Owner Experience or equivalent

• Able to create Swagger diagrams to describe API requirements

• Able to translate frontline experiences into technical requirements

• Solid knowledge of middle layer and back-end system integration

• Experience and knowledge working with frontline users and platforms

• Ability to translate high technical solutions/problems to audiences at varying technical levels.

• Strong ability to prepare and present technical documentation

• Experience working with API/UI preferred

• Experience working with teams that support frontline experiences

• Experience working with teams that work directly with business partners

• Experience working with commerce/selling experience preferred
