Citigroup SVP FP & A Sr. Lead Analyst (Hybrid) in Atlanta, Georgia

Leadership role within Retail Services Finance team covering CitiPay/ Connected Commerce Portfolio. Partnering with management and cross functional teams to drive profitable growth, optimize return on capital, drive strategic initiatives, and analyze investment opportunities and marketing campaigns for strategic growth of the DLOC and MIL portfolios. Extensive exposure to CitiPay/ Connective Commerce management teams and the Retail Services management team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Including Direct Reports

  • Provide financial leadership role in business with management and cross functional teams.

  • Drive profitable growth strategies and Return on Capital optimization across portfolios, investment opportunities, and marketing campaigns.

  • Drive insight, understanding, and recommendations to improve profitability efforts across new accounts, existing accounts, products and promotions.

  • Lead all pricing efforts associated with new promotions, product offerings, and other initiatives.

  • Participate in the preparation of key financial presentations to senior management, business team, and the Partner.

  • Lead Partner interaction and communication to coordinate Plan efforts, promotional calendar, growth strategy, cost of credit analysis and optimization, financial reviews, etc.

  • Manage the department’s Business Control efforts including RCSA, Sox/EUC, policies and procedures, audit requests, and other related items.

  • Analyze portfolio and product performance and recommend alternative solutions to drive improved returns and customer acceptance.

  • Perform other financial analysis as needed to support the business.

  • Drive and support business planning activities: Annual Plan, Quarterly Outlooks and Monthly Business Reviews

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA strongly preferred.

  • 10+ years of financial leadership experience, with credit card experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities

  • Superior communication skills

  • Strong organizational and ownership skills

  • Credit Card and/ or Personal Loan Finance experience is preferred

  • Advanced analytical and cognitive capability

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration ability – extensive cross functional interaction

  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented, intense environment.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
