Our Atlanta, GA office is looking for a Survey Crew Member Intern who embodies this purpose.
Responsibilities
Assist with all phases of field work including: Boundary & Topographical Surveys, Construction Layout, As-Built surveys and utilization of Trimble Total Stations with Data Collectors as directed by Crew Chief
Assist with performing field calculations and sketching
Download and compile field data sketches
Perform preventative maintenance and repair of survey field equipment
Monitor quality control
Work outside in the elements while standing/walking for up to 8 hours/day
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Pursuing High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Strong math skills required
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
Willing to travel locally with field crews
Valid Driver’s License required
