Bohler Engineering Survey Crew Member Intern - Summer 2024 in Atlanta, Georgia

Overview

Our Atlanta, GA office is looking for a Survey Crew Member Intern who embodies this purpose.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with all phases of field work including: Boundary & Topographical Surveys, Construction Layout, As-Built surveys and utilization of Trimble Total Stations with Data Collectors as directed by Crew Chief

  • Assist with performing field calculations and sketching

  • Download and compile field data sketches

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repair of survey field equipment

  • Monitor quality control

  • Work outside in the elements while standing/walking for up to 8 hours/day

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Pursuing High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

  • Strong math skills required

  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs

  • Willing to travel locally with field crews

  • Valid Driver’s License required
