Druid Hills Golf Club Steward / Dishwasher - PM Shift in Atlanta, Georgia

At Druid Hills Golf Club, we take pride in delivering high levels of service and providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere to our members. As a Steward / Dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are cleaned and sanitized in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen surfaces and assisting with food preparation as needed. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay Rate: $15/hour

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment

  • Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, including counters, sinks, and floors

  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, peeling fruit, and assembling ingredients

  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations

  • Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas

  • Stock supplies and notify management when inventory is low

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen and dining areas

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a dishwasher or steward in a hospitality setting preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations

  • Flexibility to work weekend and holiday shifts as required

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, such as boxes of supplies, as needed

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. as confirmed by E-Verify
