Sr Manager – IT Business Partner and IT Process Leader (Sr IT Program Manager) for Honeywell International, Inc. (Atlanta, GA)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Provide end-to-end IT Service Management (ITSM) ownership while also owning, driving critical execution and delivery of key transformation projects, and enabling technologies in the HCE Engineering function.

-Support the execution of operations required to ensure the stability, quality and reliability of critical service processes, delivery, and standards.

-Ensure reliable information is provided to enable management decision making throughout the service lifecycle.

-Collaborate with each Engineering domain and business leader to develop integrated high-level program plan, roadmap, and dependencies to report to executives while ensuring alignment to Corp ALM standards.

-Drive service management best practices.

-Track, manage, and escalate process or program risks and issues.

-Influence relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside of HCE.

-Ensure timely communications between projects, leadership, and key stakeholders in pursuit of alignment of decision making.

-Collaborate with the project team to identify the approach, budget, deliverables, and schedule to deliver complex digital projects within established constraints and set clear expectations with the team for their role in delivering the project.

-Organizes and lead a cross-functional team towards timely execution of critical milestones.

-Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with business partners, vendors, and other key stakeholders.

-Initiate and facilitate team meetings and issue resolution involving the right parties to resolve problems.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

-Job Site: Atlanta, GA

-40 hours/week

YOU MUST HAVE:

Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and eight (8) years of IT experience as an Agile Coach, Project Management professional, Software Engineer or related role. Must possess three (3) years of experience in the following: managing teams and/or building, coaching, and guiding organizations; IT Business stakeholder Engagement; IT Service Management Knowledge and engagement; leading a team of 15-25 people; Agile Project methodology; collaborating with business stakeholders; and proven experience of Drive "fast and right" results in matrixed environment. Must possess a PMP/ITIL certification and Certification in CSM/Scaled Agile. Up to 15% domestic and international travel required. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.
