Overview

The Benefits, Payroll & Mobility Solutions (BPMS) team exists to attract, retain, and retire top talent by providing a precise, industry leading, and seamless benefits and payroll experience. We offer benefits and payroll solutions to a diverse and growing set of both domestic and international entities while influencing organizational strategy with a focus on financial discipline, ingenuity and compliance.

The Benefits, Payroll & Mobility Operations team focuses on supporting Staff systems as data driven strategic advisors, creating efficiencies to grow and scale with the business. As a Sr. Analyst, this individual will be responsible for representing International Staff system needs as we grow our system capabilities within benefits, payroll, absence, and time tracking. This role will work closely with International leadership to understand and represent their process and system needs and work in partnership with other cross functional teams, such as, Payroll Center of Excellence, Global Mobility, Digital Transformation and Technology, Talent, and Legal. This role will support high impact international systems implementation projects, reporting, and end user questions. This individual will have a strong systems mindset, eagerness to learn new things, strong communication skills, and a passion for problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with International leadership teams to understand international system requirements within benefits, payroll, absence, and time tracking

  • Work with International groups to understand future growth plans and recommend future system and scaling needs

  • Leverage technical understanding and business acumen to develop system and process solutions

  • Participate in HRIS implementation projects for new countries/locales and provide ongoing end user support for International Staff and Division HR in partnership with Global Mobility, Digital Transformation and Technology, Talent, and International teams

  • Develop and maintain payroll and benefit reporting, workflows, and conduct data analysis to support Benefits, Payroll, & Mobility Solutions decision-making

  • Continually stay connected to business users to identify and recommend system and process improvements and automation opportunities, leveraging system knowledge and organizational knowledge of the business

  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our International Benefits, Payroll, & Mobility Solutions systems remain best-in-class

  • Represent BPMS Systems team on International updates, helping to share system impacts and considerations

  • Demonstrate a positive influence on peers while supporting Financial Services goals and initiatives

  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information in strict accordance with Chick-fil-A, Inc. confidentiality and data security policies
