We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Financial Systems Analyst/Admin with a proven track record of at least 5 years in effectively administration for financial systems applications, lead data integrations, and project management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level proficiency in data integration strategies, financial systems, project coordination, issue tracking, and exceptional communication skills. The Sr. Financial Systems Analyst/Admin will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our organization's data and systems, enabling efficient decision-making and enhancing overall operational performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data Integration Expertise: Lead and manage complex data integration projects, ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of information between various systems and applications. Develop and implement data integration strategies to optimize data quality, availability, and accessibility.

  • Financial Applications Management: Oversee the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of financial applications CoStar and other financial systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate with finance, IT and the software vendor teams to streamline financial processes and reporting.

  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor projects related to boundary systems, ensuring they are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Issue Tracking and Resolution: Implement robust issue tracking mechanisms to identify, prioritize, and resolve system-related challenges promptly. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop solutions and prevent recurrence of issues.

  • Communication: Foster effective communication across teams, presenting complex technical information in clear and concise terms. Regularly update key stakeholders on project progress, system enhancements, and potential roadblocks.

  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data integrations, system configurations, processes, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity.

  • Advanced Software Proficiency: Utilize advanced software tools, including Excel and PowerPoint, to create insightful reports, presentations, and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or computer science, Finance, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

  • 5+ years of professional experience in financial systems management, data integrations, financial applications, and project management.

  • Must have done system administration for Financial systems

  • Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and managing data integration solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of financial applications and their integration with other systems.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

  • Proficiency in issue tracking methodologies and tools.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
