The Coca-Cola Company Senior Manager, Order to Cash Process Transformation Lead in Atlanta, Georgia

Position Overview:

This position is a key member of a vibrant and agile team dedicated to spearheading significant system and process improvements within the global Order to Cash (OTC) organization. Tasked with guiding transformational efforts, the Transformation Lead will collaborate closely with the Senior Director and Directors of OTC Process Optimization, alongside the Service Delivery Lead and Information Technology (IT) teams, to foster process improvements and system enhancements employing agile practices.

What You'll Do For Us:

  • Collaborate on cutting-edge projects with a third-party managed services provider (MSP) and various stakeholders within the

  • company to drive innovation.

  • Advocate for and implement automation and digitization initiatives to improve process, service delivery, and productivity metrics.

  • Address both system and process challenges in collaboration with the business and IT.

  • Utilize expertise in OTC and the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) Reimbursements to enhance business outcomes through strategic partnerships.

  • Promote the adoption of standardized OTC solutions that seamlessly integrate with third-party and strategic systems (e.g., SAP S4/HANA, BRIM, FICA).

  • Ensure the maintenance of internal controls and compliance with company policies through adherence to standards.

  • Provide updates to Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), Job Aids, and other documentation based on system updates, Change Requests, Operational Requests, or technological advancements.

  • Lead the identification and resolution of reporting needs and issues for the global OTC user base.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in a global multinational corporation, specializing in the leadership of Order to Cash (OTC) operations, process management, business and financial planning, or management accounting.

  • Proficiency in end-to-end business process conceptualization, with a grounding in current ("as-is") processes and a vision to drive enhancements towards an optimal "future state."

  • Effective influencing to adopt change initiatives.

  • Strong organizational and planning abilities, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and execute strategies.

  • Project Management experience working on multiple high priority tasks coordinating across a networked environment.

  • Ability to convert general data and findings into specific, actionable recommendations.

  • Expertise in process definitions, flowchart creation, and process management strategies is a plus.

  • Experience working within a complex team environment. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in groups to complete time sensitive projects within deadlines and success criteria.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively tailor approach to reach audiences at all organizational levels.

  • Experience with SAP systems. S4/HANA & BRIM are a plus.
