Senior Manager, Microsoft Consulting

Consult, design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications-based solutions. Assist with managing large scale, multi-year database from strategy through execution to drive value and advise on industry-specific business applications. Manage the lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation, including working with clients to understand their business, gathering requirements to deliver effective solutions, and engaging in the implementation of database solutions. Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. Identify new service opportunities. Coach staff and provide feedback in a timely manner.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

:

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Business Administration, Information System, Engineering, or a related field, plus 6 years of related work experience of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelors, progressive related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Business Administration, Information System, Engineering, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

  • Identifying business needs and review documentation for processes to translate into software solutions;
  • Developing requirements for the configuration, customization and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM database solutions;
  • Performing gap analysis between Dynamics CRM functionality and clients requirements; and,
  • Designing, building, testing and deploying the functional components required for successful Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions including RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) design and development.

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Travel requirement(s):

Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
