Deluxe Senior Executive Administrative Assistant in Atlanta, Georgia

The Senor Executive Administrative Assistant will be supporting in an environment that is rapid pace and constantly changing. This role supports a CEO who splits his time between Atlanta, Minneapolis, and Dallas-Fort Worth and frequently travels and relies solely on this partnership to manage. This role works together with a team of Executive Admins to prioritize and triage various needs and initiatives across the ELT.

  • Provide administrative assistance to the CEO.

  • Perform standard and advanced administrative support duties which may be of a highly confidential nature or have access to highly confidential information.

  • Interface routinely with other high-level executives within the company, Board of Director members, executives of other companies and/or customers requiring high levels of tact and discretion.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and other support to the Board of Director members.

  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements. Compose independent correspondence or as provided by the executive, prepares reports upon request or at own initiative, and conducts special projects as directed. May give work direction to others.

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience: HS/GED and 6 years of administrative experience. or Associate’s and 4 years of experience

  • Microsoft suite of tools including Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word

Preferred Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Associate’s and 4 years experience supporting C Level executive leaders

Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older
