Salesforce Business Analyst
Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Responsibilities
Hands on experience on salesforce products Sales Service Pardot etc
Should have excellent Communication and Listening skills.
Ability to Lead and Manage requirement gathering sessions meetings and presentations.
Work with customers and client stakeholders and be able to understand the application topology and business flow and document the requirements.
Work directly with technologists to develop use cases.
Should be able to drive requirements from start to finish.
Should show qualities of being a successful Leader Execute high quality deliverables across all phases inception through user acceptance testing
To include identifying and optimally defining process flows and user interface use cases.
Have complete understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and also be aware of the responsibilities of a Business Analyst in each phase of the SDLC from intake to post. production Effectively manage individual workload mentor and proactively communicate status updates Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
Support development team on translation of functional requirements
Validate that Technical design solution is per the business specification.
Author and compile user stories use cases Interface with technical managers and teams Collaborate with counterparts in IT project development QA managers and development resources to create and validate business requirements and project specification document.
