Responsibilities

Recovery Residence Coordinator - PRN

Peachford Hospital is searching for an experienced Recovery Residence Coordinator to work on an as needed basis with our Partial Hospitalization Overnight Residential Program called The Lodge. We have evenings, nights, and weekend hours available on a PRN basis.

What Role Will You Play?

Lodge Coordinator provide quality patient care to individuals with chemical dependency and/or psychiatric diagnoses and provide safe, efficient transportation services for our patients. A smile and a friendly attitude will help make you successful in this role as you interact with co-workers, patients and others. Ensuring your duties are completed successfully and timely are also important in this role.

What Will You Get To Do?

Lodge Coordinators are responsible for completing the following duties and tasks:

  • Monitor patients, complete rounds and ensure program rules and guidelines are being followed.

  • Transport patients to and from the program and designated activities daily.

  • Orient new patients to the Lodge and communicate rules to patients.

  • Complete safety rounds and submit work orders for any facility issues needing repair.

  • Organize and administer protocols regarding patient participation in activities of daily living.

    What Does Peachford Require for this Role?

    A bachelor’s degree in a social services related field (psychology, sociology, etc.), a valid Georgia driver’s license and clean driving record is required. Previous inpatient/outpatient hospital experience is preferred.
