"Our client has a need for a Project Manager to work within their in-house agency and partner directly with Creative leaders, Operations, Copywriters, Video Production, Designers, etc. The Project Manager will report directly to the Lead Project Manager.This is a freelance, 40 hour a week, opportunity. This is a hybrid role with 3 work from home days and 2 days onsite in Atlanta. Candidates must be local to Atlanta for onsite requirements. PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: - Intaking Creative Request Forms (CRFs) within Workfront - Assisting in making project assignments amongst creative and video team - Resource allocation - Maintaining task lists, due dates and project statuses within Workfront - Tracking down previous project numbers for update/resize requests - Keeping Agency Ops informed on team bandwidth - Acting as the main point of contact for a dedicated set of clients, including but not limited to: leading client and creative team status calls, building relationships, maintaining and communicating timelines, and escalating issues/risk.
