"Our client has a need for a Project Manager to work within their in-house agency and partner directly with Creative leaders, Operations, Copywriters, Video Production, Designers, etc. The Project Manager will report directly to the Lead Project Manager.This is a freelance, 40 hour a week, opportunity. This is a hybrid role with 3 work from home days and 2 days onsite in Atlanta. Candidates must be local to Atlanta for onsite requirements. PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: - Intaking Creative Request Forms (CRFs) within Workfront - Assisting in making project assignments amongst creative and video team - Resource allocation - Maintaining task lists, due dates and project statuses within Workfront - Tracking down previous project numbers for update/resize requests - Keeping Agency Ops informed on team bandwidth - Acting as the main point of contact for a dedicated set of clients, including but not limited to: leading client and creative team status calls, building relationships, maintaining and communicating timelines, and escalating issues/risk. PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: - MUST have experience and knowledge using project management tools, preferably Workfront - MUST be willing to eventually go onsite to south Atlanta office - 2+ years of proven project management and/or account management experience; in an agency or in-house agency setting - Self-starter, hungry to learn processes quickly - Adaptable and flexible to try things and do what is needed to help the team - Understanding of generally how long creative requests like copywriting, video production, graphic design, photo editing, retouching, etc. take - Knowledge about employee communication a plus- Must be open to working onsite at least one day a week or more#IND123 #LI-MO1 #15126Creative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
