Google Program Manager II, Supply Chain Spares Analytics, Data Center Operations in Atlanta, Georgia

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.

  • Experience with materials planning, forecasting, demand planning, inventory, and supply chain management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Experience in supply chain spares, demand and supply planning, fulfillment, and inventory and operations management.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to weigh risks and opportunities to desired outcomes.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to successfully influence across multiple levels of the organization.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to stay focused and effectively achieve desired results.

Supply Chain Operations plays a critical role in sustaining our Technical Infrastructure fleet. In this role, you will be responsible for spares planning, execution, and driving process improvements in our supply chain. You will optimize the material and inventory required to sustain the health of massive compute hardware and technology requirements at our global data centers. You will work closely with Material Planning, NPI, Supply Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, Hardware Operation, and Data Center Software teams to develop and oversee the execution of the spares strategies that directly support Google's rapidly growing hardware infrastructure. You are a key enabler to ensure support of volume ramp of new technology, and ramp down of old technology.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Work with cross-functional partners to develop and execute spares strategies, analytics, and reverse flow processes that enable sustainment of leading edge technology to power our global data centers. Act as a leading team member in the development of spares strategies throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Enable on-time and predictable delivery of materials to all points of consumption.

  • Partner with Finance and Inventory Management to enable cost optimization and awareness through sustaining product transitions, inventory planning, and E&O.

  • Partner with our NPI team to ensure seamless production ramp on innovative new technologies into our global data center fleet.

  • Contribute to supply chain designs to enable scalable supply chain models in a dynamic product and supply based environment. Enable process improvements and tool development for the ongoing evolution of our team.
