SUMMARY The Program Manager coordinates and manages administrative functions to advance and support the strategic direction of the Ambulatory division. This position, in partnership with Practice/Clinical Managers, formulates and leads ambulatory projects. Related tasks include, but are not limited to, facilitation, project management tracking, role clarification, process and workflow design, procedures and policy development, and implementation support. To advance the development and implementation of projects and initiatives, this position generates and manages critical performance and project dashbords to ensure, at all times, the Ambulatory division understands progress on established goals, projects, targets and initiatives. Additionally, the positions provides basic clerical support to the SVP Ambulatory, including, but not limited to, calendar management, budget management, meeting coordination, vendor management/monitoring, filing and organizing documentation.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field is required.Master's degree is strongly preferred.A combination of education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of the degree when the experiences are directly related to the functions of the position.Three to five years of experience in a healthcare setting is required.Must be proficient and demonstrate a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access software programs.Must possess strong presentation, communication, and time management/organizational skills.Mechanical / technical skills and an analytical mindset are required.EOE-Females/Minorities/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
