"Our client has an opening for a Sr. Program Manager who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that will assist the GM over learning and design. Candidate must have strong project management skills. We are looking for someone who is experienced with waterfall and agile conversions. This person should be able to help teams from doing waterfall to agile. Can talk through what agile processes are and can document and track to timelines when it comes to agile. Someone with strong executive leadership deck building skills, that can do report outs/status reports. Keen in creating decks and status reports for executive leadership. Prior skills in smart sheets is a huge plus. We are looking for someone more senior who can manage project timelines and plans across multiple projects, handling around 25 different initiatives.Qualifications: Prefers Functional PM over technical PM 5 8 years of experience leading, managing, and delivering complex programs within a PMO within given deadlines and budget. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver program and project management methodology across multiple solution delivery models i.e. waterfall, agile, iterative, etc. Proven track record of implementing positive change within a PMO. Experience leading and managing large teams of 20+. Executive presence, skillful communicator, effective decision maker with an ability to engage and collaborate at all levels of the organization from analyst to the C-Suite with representatives across the business and IT.Experience with Smartsheet, creating executive presentations and status reports, attention to detail, and resource allocation and managing timelines. Bachelors Degree or higher required.
