Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Program Coordinator to help facilitate ongoing generative AI projects in flight.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

 Track and manage all ongoing projects and tasks within the Emerging Technologies team.

 Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.

 Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to team leadership.

 Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues in project execution.

 Coordinate and oversee the program management activities.

 Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all team members and stakeholders.

 Maintain an organized system for tracking team activities and tasks.

 Assign and prioritize tasks based on project needs and team capacity.

 Follow up with team members and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.

 Serve as the point of contact for task and project-related inquiries.

 Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans and meeting minutes.

 Assist with administrative tasks to support the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

Skills and Requirements

Proven experience in project or program management roles.

 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English is required. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

 Understanding of generative AI technologies and their business applications is a plus. null
