Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Product Manager based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role primarily focuses on data governance, integrations, and data analytics within our enterprise services team. The successful candidate will be involved in major projects such as MDM implementation and data catalog, while utilizing tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Domo, Jira, and Confluence within an Agile environment using Kanban.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of data governance and integration projects.

• Utilize data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and Domo for data analysis and visualization.

• Manage and coordinate activities related to MDM implementation and data catalog projects.

• Use Jira and Confluence as management tools to organize, track, and prioritize tasks and projects.

• Collaborate with a 40-person team to support around 400 DBA's.

• Adapt to an Agile environment utilizing Kanban for process management.

• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrate proficiency with enterprise-level IT applications.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality products by maintaining a deep understanding of the product, its users, and their needs.

• Lead product direction, from conception to launch, working at the strategic level to define product vision, while diving into the details to deliver it. Requirements • Proficiency in Database management is a must for this role.

• Experience with Tableau and Power BI is required.

• Familiarity with Enterprise Applications and Enterprise Level operations is necessary.

• Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile environment.

• Knowledge of Kanban project management methodology is desired.

• The role demands a strong understanding of product management principles and practices.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

• Experience in developing and implementing product strategies.

• Decision-making skills based on data-driven insights.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
