Papa John's International Pricing Analyst-1 in Atlanta, Georgia

Job Summary

The Pricing Analyst works with the finance, sales and marketing departments to assist with the development and implementation of pricing strategies for Papa John’s regular and limited time menus. These pricing strategies will be aligned to ensuring profitable growth in the business and maximizing the potential for annual price increase. He/she will use competitive intelligence, pricing trends, and regional considerations in working with regional marketing and business leaders. This role is to provide pricing support for PJI’s menu.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs continuous audits to ensure standard, consistent and quality pricing data in PJI systems is valid and correct

  • Interfaces with several internal groups, including procurement, members of the Business Process Improvement team, Pricing, Billing, and Menu creation and activation teams for regions and corporate

  • Collects and interpret menu specifications, research and resolve any discrepancies

  • Partners with field marketing and business leadership, franchise operations, the Pricing team

  • Monitor market and competitive pricing, supply chain inventory and cost increases, and regional pricing

  • Work closely with menu design managers to monitor and interpret any changes to customer and franchise requirements

  • Collect input from various stakeholders to find new ways to improve our systems and process

Education, Experience & Certifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as an analyst, pricing support, marketing, sales operations or related roles

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, marketing, operations or related field

  • Ability to travel up to 25%

  • Experience in Restaurant or food production services preferred
