A high quality, well-established primary care clinic is looking for a Phlebotomy Supervisor to join their team! This is a great opportunity if you have a passion for patient care and want to advance your career within leadership!

Location: Atlanta, GA

Schedule: M-F 8a-5p w/occasional weekend work

Pay: $24-$26/hr DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading laboratory operations and implementing action plans.

  • Interact with clients, patients, employees and business units.

  • Work closely with operations manager on company goals and objectives including team development.

  • Assist with venipuncture and capillary blood collection when necessary.

  • Understands and follows all safety, infection control, and OSHA Blood Borne Pathogen guidelines.

  • Understands and follows all company Compliance policies.

  • Understands and follows all HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree Required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • 5 years of Clinical experience required.

  • Must have previous leadership experience within Phlebotomy.

  • ASCP Certification is preferred.
