United Auto Delivery & Recovery Inc. Lot Coordinator / Customer Service - Full-time in Atlanta, Georgia

Job Descriptions:

UR2 is seeking a motivated Lot Coordinator to join our Atlanta, GA., team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the post-repossession process, as well as helping to keep the storage lot maintained. So, if you like to work around cars and pride yourself on giving great customer service, we want to talk with you!

In this position, you will be spending most of your time outdoors. Responsibilities include:

  • Process repossessed vehicles and upload photos

  • Properly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles

  • Complete condition reports in a timely manner

  • Prep vehicles for transport to auction

  • Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property

  • Provide professional service to transporters and third parties who are authorized on the lot

  • Other various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor

This is an entry-level position, starting at $17-18/hour, based on experience.

Note This position does not involve the actual repossession of vehicles or equipment.

High School Diploma or GED required

Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass pre-employment screening. Due to insurance regulations, you must be at least 23 years of age.

You must have a great team-first work attitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You should be willing to work in outside conditions year-round, and be able to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and effectively. You also must have good computer skills in order to enter vehicle information into our database.
