The Lead Technical Business Analyst is responsible for spearheading the development and management of technology solutions that support human resources functions. This role involves close collaboration with HR stakeholders to identify their technology needs, define system requirements, oversee the development of these solutions, and ensure their alignment with the organization's strategic goals. The incumbent acts as a bridge between HR and IT departments, facilitating communication and ensuring that HR technology projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Product Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of HR technology products from conception through release, including ideation, specification, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

  • Project Leadership: Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for multiple projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet all specified requirements with optimal quality.

  • Technical Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of existing HR processes and technology solutions. Identify areas for improvement, innovation, and optimization. Recommend solutions that leverage technology to enhance HR operations.

  • Training and Support: Coordinate the development and delivery of training programs for end-users. Provide ongoing support and enhancements to HR technology solutions based on user feedback and evolving business needs.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in technical business analysis, product management, or a related role, with a strong focus on HR technology.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.

  • Excellent project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.

  • Deep understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of the latest HR technology trends and compliance requirements.

  • Typically requires 5-8 years' experience.

  • Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role. Supervisory: No.

Education:
