Lead Development Representative - Remote

Experience Level: Expert

Employment Type: Full-Time (remote)

Pay: $22 per hour with monthly bonus incentives

Shift: Monday-Friday between 9am-6:30pm EST

A Day in the Role:

This is an outbound role where you are responsible for calling out to current and potential customers looking to qualify and schedule them to meet with an Account Executive. As the first line of communication with prospects and current customers, ideal candidates have a strong understanding of the sales process, starting new relationships, and setting our Account Executives up for success. They should be a quick learner with strong communication skills. Every potential customer is an opportunity to assist with our sales organization’s revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.

Will use a pre generated call list and auto dialer to make 200-300 calls per day depending on the campaign and business needs (of those calls they may only talk to 23-30% of those people). They will be asking discovery questions to see if the prospect can benefit from the products.

This team supports the sales team, they will not be managing accounts. Workers will need to be flexible in the role with the possibility of moving from phone to chat and/or chat to phone.

Qualifications:

· 1+ year of customer service within sales
