AGTEK Development Company, Inc. is a niche software company widely recognized as the leading supplier of earthwork take-off, 3D modeling and production tracking solutions for heavy construction contractors. Founded in 1981, AGTEK has pioneered application software for construction earthwork, production tracking and civil mobile apps.

We are interested in an energetic, experienced technology focused sales manager to grow our business outside of the USA focusing on extending our distribution channels and working with our direct international (non USA) sales teams.

Objective:

As an International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales activities of our company on a global scale. You will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand market presence, and foster strong relationships with clients and partners worldwide. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role is to find, foster and develop channels to expand our presence outside of the USA and foster further growth in the UK, Australia and Canada where we have direct sales representatives. You will be involved with lead generation, brand building, channel development and mentoring and leading sales staff with support from corporate a corporate sales and marketing team.

It is expected you have a strong understanding of the heavy construction segment including the challenges faced in the field and experience with software and grade control technologies. Collaboration with all key internal stakeholders is required including direct sales colleagues in other regions, training, RandD, technical support and marketing.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: Drive top line growth of the AGTEK business outside of the USA Develop and execute a channel strategy to penetrate International markets Develop and foster channel partners in foreign markets Utilize Salesforce to document and manage leads, track sales, and manage the sales process. Work with Direct Sales, Sales Support and Service to promote new solutions, improve competitive position in area, and provide fast and efficient customer service. Ensure the sales staff have excellent product and application knowledge. Develop sales staff (internal and external) to meet business objectives. Represent AGTEK in industry events, associations and tradeshows to advance the interests of the AGTEK. Provide monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and develop annual sales targets Achieve business targets (strategic, market share, financial) Communicate and reinforce all relevant AGTEK goals and objectives Keep up to date with new products and general market conditions. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting customers objectives. Actively promote new products and developments to existing and new customers. Disciplined use of salesforce CRM and other administrative requirements Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Set goals, monitor, support, provide feedback and coach team direct reports. Responsible for people development and performance management of direct reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and practices. Communicate and facilitate Sales management process. Ensure that actions and decisions are aligne to the company's values and strategy.
