Bank OZK Facilities Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

Job Purpose & Scope

Under general supervision, gives oversight and management to newly constructed facilities and ongoing maintenance of existing facilities. This position will work directly with Facilities Management, Market Presidents, and Banking Center Managers; assessing facility needs and implementing plans of action to address these needs.

Essential Job Functions

  • Manages the day-to-day coordination of maintenance, including working with multiple vendors, (i.e., janitorial, HVAC, landscapers, etc.) and Bank staff for the smooth operations of assigned region.

  • Primary contact for the coordination of new facilities construction, relocations, closings, and remodels/up-fit projects.

  • Reviews, monitors, and submits invoices and expenses related to these facilities.

  • Manages local vendor relations and participates in negotiations for contracts, new or renewals.

  • Proactively performs facility reviews and reports future repair needs or safety concerns.

  • Oversees acquisition, installation, and service of various equipment such as security equipment, communication equipment and other Bank equipment.

  • May coordinate Emergency Preparedness/Disaster Recovery plans with all facility managers within assigned facilities.

  • Coordinates with the Bank’s Facilities and Security Management to inspect all facilities for general physical security (i.e., alarms, cameras, lighting, etc.).

  • Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.

  • Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in the performance of essential job functions.

  • Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent, required.

  • 3+ years of work experience in Facilities and/or Construction Management, Property Management, or related field, required.

  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record, required.
