Estimator / PM - Commercial Insulation Contractor

$75K to $95K 

Our Opportunity

Client offers fiberglass, open and closed cell spray foam, cellulose, and sound resistant insulation options for multifamily and commercial. The Estimator / PM performs various tasks to ensure growth, revenue, and profitability for the region.  

Key duties include:

  • Develop/maintain relationships with and provide technical support general contractors (GC’s) and residential customers.

  • Promote and increase awareness through presentations, phone conversations, and e-mail communications.

  • Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.

  • Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.

  • Travels to sites to review projects, meet with current and prospective customers.

    Ideal candidate should have:

  • Have 3+ years in sales and new business development.

  • Experience in commercial insulation (Estimating, Sales or PM desired).

  • Able to quickly build trusted, honest relationships with current and new customers at multiple levels within a business.

  • Quickly take action on customer concerns, investigate situations and recommend solutions.
