Amentum ERP Test Engineer in Atlanta, Georgia

Amentum’s core systems include Costpoint, Workday, and ADP. Amentum is looking for an ERP Test Engineer who will ensure validation and verification of system changes are performed, to ensure optimal performance of these systems and their integration with each other. The test engineer will be responsible for the entire testing lifecycle for Costpoint, Workday and ADP. US Citizenship required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:

As an ERP Test Engineer , you will be responsible for transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve using testing tools to automate testing and evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. We expect a significant amount of test automation to be introduced to perform regression testing, as well as ability to generate test data and perform performance testing of these platforms.

  • Identify testing tools for use across Costpoint, Workday and ADP

  • Assist the development and implementation of automated testing frameworks using testing tools.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements, develop test plans, and design and execute test cases.

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and maintainable.

  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

  • Provide timely and accurate feedback to stakeholders on the quality of software releases.

Basic, Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in Selenium, Functionize, testRigor, Tricentis Tosca, Kainois Smart Test or similar testing tools

  • Minimum of two years of experience testing Workday implementations

  • Minimum of three years of experience in testing ERP platforms such as SAP, Costpoint including integration testing with HRIS and Payroll platforms

  • US Citizenship is required to apply

Other Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Automated Testing

  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices

  • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools

  • Load/Performance testing experience using LoadNinja or similar tools
