IT Director – Digital

As an IT Director – Digital, you will be part of a cross functional team with the responsibility to drive and lead technologies strategic and decisions for the Honeywell Building Automation business. You will be the primary interface to business leaders to define requirements and drive execution of growth and productivity solutions enabled through existing and emerging information technology. As a key member of the business leadership team, you will be engaging in all aspects of running the business, with a specialization in the use of technology to fulfill business objectives. This position will also provide leadership, improving IT process and developing IT team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding business needs, performing gap analysis, assisting with the redesigning of capabilities/processes, and implementing of IT strategic programs.

  • This role will also be heavily involved in Building Automation’s (BA) digital transformation.

  • Align Business IT roadmap to meet the business strategic planning.

  • Demonstrating solid understanding of critical business issues and requirements and recommending appropriate solutions.

  • Partnering with Honeywell Building Solutions, regarding process changes, global enhancements, Rapid deployment requests and updates on global Building Automation activities.

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in implementing technology solutions, strategic planning & IT road map development/management.

  • Experience developing high performing teams and talent in a global environment.

  • IT Business Partner, working with global organization.

  • Excellent leadership skills, communication, and executive presence.

  • Salesforce experience.
